The Return Policy of Maui Herbs is valid for 30 days from the purchase date of any health supplements. In case if the said period is exceeded, no refunds will be given. To qualify for a refund, the health supplement you have purchased is required to be unused, in its original package and in the same original conditions as when you have received it.
Certain goods types cannot be returned at all:
- Food, flowers, magazines or newspapers;
- Intimate/sanitary goods;
- Hazardous materials or flammable gases and liquids;
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and Personal care items
To ensure a complete return, it is required that you provide a receipt as an evidence of purchase.
Please do not send back to the manufacturer the herbal supplements that you have purchased and wish to return.
Partial refunds will be applicable in case of:
- Items are not as per original conditions (not due to company’s mistake);
- Items are returned more than 30 days after the have been delivered.
Once returned, the health supplements will be inspected and then you will be notified whether you have qualified for refund/exchange. The refunded amount will be credited back to your personal account.
In case if you haven’t received your refund, kindly contact your financial institution, because certain payments may require longer time. Alternatively, you can get in touch with our Customer Service.
The only health supplement items that are eligible for replacement are the damaged or defective ones. Send us an email requesting to exchange the item or send it directly to our company address provided at “Contact Us” section of the website.
